When you place an order on our website, your card is charged in USD immediately and not at the time of shipment.
If you wish to obtain a refund, this can be done by contacting us at service@falour.com, you have 24 hours after order to do so.
A refund takes between 3 and 5 business days to return to your account.
We currently accept Shopify payments.
